Carrie Burns
Manager
Carrie has been an integral part of the MBSC team since March 2014. As Manager, Carrie leads the front office team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility. Whether it is helping clients sign up for training, answering questions about group classes, personal training, billing, or simply “How it all works”. Carrie is the go-to resource for all things pertaining to operations. Carrie takes great pride in helping to foster strong client relationships.
Prior to joining MBSC Carrie spent many years in healthcare sales, operations and management. Outside of the gym, you can find Carrie spending time with her husband and their three sons.

Kat Fitzgerald
Kat joined the MBSC staff in 2019. Before joining the front office staff, she majored in mathematics at Stonehill College and played division 2 volleyball. She has 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration/small business development as well as being a client at MBSC since 2007.
Kat strives to be the friendly face that greets clients as they come through the door and help them with whatever they may need as well as providing key operational support to the ownership group and training staff. She became CFSC level one certified fall 2023 to further connect and understand the training techniques and values of MBSC and add to her professional arsenal as a generalist and knowing “just enough to be dangerous”.

Owen Braddick
Social Media Manager
Owen joined the MBSC team in 2022 following his graduation from the University of Rhode Island. Owen received a bachelor’s degree in Film Media and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. This educational background has equipped him with a strong foundation in photography, media production and communication strategies. In addition to his work in social media, Owen became a Certified Functional Strength Coach in 2023.
During his time at the University of Rhode Island, Owen worked as a teacher’s assistant, collaborated with URI’s Sports Media Program to provide live footage for ESPN and COX, and supported URI’s Football team and Campus Recreation as a videographer and photographer.
