John Pallof

John is a licensed physical therapist specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and sports related injury and dysfunction. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1997, and in the 20+ years since has developed a base of knowledge and skill unique to physical therapists, with exceptional skill in evaluation of injury, application of manual therapy interventions (“hands on” treatment), and an exceptional background in strength and conditioning developed through years of working with some of the foremost S+C coaches in the world. In addition:
- John is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), via the prestigious Maitland Australian Physiotherapy organization, after taking extensive continuing education and examination process.
- John is a board certified Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) via the American Physical Therapy Association.
- John is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) via the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
John has helped athletes and everyday people of all levels rehabilitate their injuries and return to pain free function and performance. He has special experience training and rehabilitating professional baseball and hockey players during their respective off seasons, including working with local MLB players and the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League (AHL) for several years. From youth to olympic to professional, John has worked with athletes of all levels and sports, utilizing his blend of evaluation, manual therapy, and exercise interventions to achieve consistently exceptional outcomes.
